Social Media & Mobile Technology: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
The panel discussion will focus on the legitimate need of social media and mobile technologies along with their innovative use. Panelists will discuss how this technology can improve patient outcomes and experience. They will share how their social media strategies have evolved to reduce risk and minimize loss.
Panelists will provide examples on how their facility utilizes social media, why they use social media, and lessons they have learned when they started incorporation social media. Their lessons learned will help attendees identify the perils and opportunities upon implementing a social media strategy.
