Leadership Series: Dealing with Difficult People
Dealing with difficult people can be, well, difficult. Dealing with difficult people can damage an organization’s culture, erode trust, destroy engagement, along with numerous other consequences. In short, the inability to deal with difficult people can, at a minimum, make life miserable, and in reality, destroy an organization.
Effective leaders are familiar with and employ a variety of strategies, tools and skill to deal with difficult people. Regardless of a leader’s ability to deal with difficult people, there is always room for improvement.
This interactive workshop is designed to assist healthcare leaders hone their skills dealing with difficult people. Participants will leave this workshop with ideas, strategies and tools they can immediately implement for greater leadership effectiveness.
