Benefis serves a quarter of Montana’s population across an expansive\, rural region larger than Connecticut\, Massachusetts\, New Hampshire\, and Vermont combined. Christensen\, is a transformative business model that leverages technology to help focus on making products and services more accessible and affordable. In healthcare delivery\, disruptive innovations have the potential to decrease costs while improving both the quality and accessibility of care. Disruptive innovations enable new applications and changes in behaviors. The current thinking with many innovators is a belief that a host of disruptive innovations would have wide implications for payers by shifting payment models to reward precision diagnostic tests and abilities of providers. Medical Director of Inpatient Systems at Cedar-Sinai in Los Angeles where he helped develop and implement their EHR\, Epic. \nDr. Weiss is passionate about patient care and advocates for the proper use of data and analytics to refine EHR development towards the inclusion of evidence-based medicine. \nAjay K. Gupta\, CISSP\, MBA – CEO of HSR.health \nOver a 20-year career in cybersecurity and information technology\, Ajay has seen companies create true competitive advantage from successful management of security and technology initiatives. At the same time\, healthcare is burdened with outdated technology infrastructure and inefficiencies – which are often measured in human lives. So\, Ajay decided to take his understanding of technology and implementation to disrupt and innovate healthcare in launching HSR.health. Ajay leverages the best of tech to transform American healthcare into a system that innovates healthcare delivery achieving improved quality\, lower costs\, and health equity. \nIn addition to his work at HSR.health\, Ajay Chairs the Health Domain Working Group for the Open Geospatial Consortium\, the global standards setting body for all things Geo; serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Holy Cross Health\, a multi-hospital social safety net health system in Montgomery County\, MD; and is on the Board of Governors for his alma mater\, the fearless University of Maryland\, College Park. \nAlexander Ronzino\, CEO of Coalition Recovery \nMr. Ronzino currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Coalition Recovery – a nationally accredited behavioral health treatment center\, and multi-facility healthcare organization based out of Tampa\, Fl. \nMr. Ronzino ​is a 30 Under 30 recipient and has been featured/interviewed and/or published by ABC News\, Business Insider\, Managed Healthcare Executive\, and the Recovery Executive Podcast. Alexander secured venture capital funding at the age of 22 to become the youngest chief executive of a nationally accredited behavioral healthcare organization in the United States. His organization ranked 3rd on the 2021 Seminole 100\, an award to the 100 fastest growing alumni led companies from FSU. \nAlexander’s non-profit work includes serving on the board of three organizations which he cares about deeply. He serves as a board member of the American College of Healthcare Executives – Western Florida\, as treasurer and board member of the Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE)\, and in a newly elected position\, Alexander serves as the Chairman of the National Foundation for Collegiate Recovery.
