Understanding the expanding paradigm of planning\, creating\, and maintaining an ethical healthcare organization is crucial to help identify strategies for implementing ethics initiatives within your own organization. She is Co-Director of the Law and Medicine Scholarly Concentration Program at USF’s Morsani College of Medicine. Drabiak’s teaching and research is focused in health law\, public health law and medical ethics. Drabiak has authored numerous law review articles and written for peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Law\, Medicine\, and Ethics; Bioethics; AMA Journal of Ethics\, and Clinical Ethics. Her writing has appeared in popular media outlets such as The Hill\, Chicago Tribune\, and Orlando Sentinel. She is an active member of Advent Health’s Medical Ethics Committee and has worked with the Florida State Bar Association\, the Hillsborough County Bar Association\, the 13th Judicial Circuit\, and the Florida Department of Health. \nJoshua (Jojo) G. Dyachim\, M.Th\, HECC\, BCC \nJojo Dyachim currently serves as the Director of Mission and Ethics for BayCare Health System in West Central Florida. He is originally from Nigeria. \nHe bagged a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in theology from Urban University\, Rome. He completed a post-bachelor’s degree in biomedical science at the University of South Florida. He is currently pursuing a doctorate degree at Loyola University Chicago in Health Care Mission Leadership with specialization in clinical and organization ethics. He is a Certified Healthcare Ethics Consultant (HEC-C) with the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities and Board Certified Chaplain with the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. \nHe is an avid supporter of Chelsea Football Club\, London and enjoys reading\, cooking\, dancing and outdoor time at the beach. \nDr. Terri Ashmeade\, MD \nTerri Ashmeade\, MD\, is a Professor of Pediatrics in the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and a neonatologist in the Jennifer Leigh Muma NICU at Tampa General Hospital. She is also the Chief Medical Officer for USFTGP. Her experience in NICUs and her active roles in defining best standards for patient safety helped pave the way for the Chief Medical Officer position\, a job that aims to elevate quality care and patient safety across USF’s hospital partners and inpatient and outpatient facilities. \nAngela Blackburn\, PhD\, APRN\, NNP-BC \nAngela Blackburn\, Ph.D.\, APRN\, NNP-BC\, Associate Professor is an experienced advanced practice nurse\, nurse leader\, and educator. She teaches in the graduate program at the School of Nursing at the University of West Florida. Dr. Blackburn is a certified neonatal nurse practitioner. She earned her Ph.D. in Nursing (Ethics Specialization) from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her areas of research interest include caring science\, worksite wellness\, ethics\, and qualitative research methods (narrative research and arts-based research). She is a HeartMath® trainer. She completed the Watson Caring Science Caritas Coach Education Program® (CCEP) to advance the philosophies\, theories\, and educational-clinical-research practices of Caring Science in 2021. Dr. Blackburn completed the Watson Caring Science Postdoctoral Scholar Program in Boulder\, Colorado in 2022-2023. As part of this program\, she participated in a one-year exclusive personal study with renowned nurse theorist Dr. Jean Watson to expand her knowledge of caring science and the theory of human caring. Dr. Blackburn is a member of the Ascension Gulf Coast Ethics Integration Committee. She served 10 years on the University of West Florida Institutional Review Board (Committee Chair 2020-2022). She holds leadership positions on the board of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing\, Upsilon Kappa Chapter.
