Please check back for updates.\nSymposium – Managing Morale (Turnover) and Leading Change at Lee Health \nStaff retention continues to be a top priority for most healthcare executives. This event will include topics related to “Managing for Morale — Effective Management Techniques to Retain” An expert panel will engage senior-level managers to discuss best practices in staff retention. \nIn addition\, the program will address how to “Successfully Leading Change in Healthcare Organizations.” The healthcare environment is constantly changing\, and provider organizations must adapt in order to survive and thrive. Organizations are frequently asked to respond to legislative changes\, market fluctuations\, safety concerns\, and patient or staff demands. The success of major change implementation hinges on how it communicated and how it impacts individuals and processes in the organization. Learn from your peers as they share approaches that were successful and those that impeded the change process. \nThe program will begin with brief opening remarks of approximately 10 minutes by the moderator\, followed by 15-minute presentations by each panelist\, and concluding with a 30-minute question-and-answer period.
