Most recently\, she was the president of Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (PMCH)\, and a statewide pediatric service line leader for Ascension\, St. Vincent in Indiana. During her tenure at PMCH\, Schulhof led the design and implementation of a statewide pediatric dashboard and data analytics hub\, and facilitated the development of a five-year\, statewide pediatric strategic plan that was adopted by the state-level leadership team. \nBefore taking the helm at PMCH\, Schulhof served in positions of increasing responsibility at Indiana University Health\, culminating as president of the North Suburban Area. As area president\, Schulhof had oversight of three hospitals in the region: North\, Saxony and Tipton hospitals. Combined\, the North Suburban Area has more than 2\,000 deliveries and 40\,000 emergency department visits per year. Her past roles at Indiana University Health included serving as system senior vice president for continuous process improvement and as the chief operating officer for Riley Hospital for Children. \nDuring the decade before she joined Indiana University Health\, Schulhof worked for HCA Healthcare. She served as the chief operating officer and ethics and compliance officer for Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon\, Florida; as associate administrator and ethics compliance officer for Northside Hospital and Tampa Bay Heart Institute in St. Petersburg\, Florida; and as an associate administrator for Medical City Dallas Children’s Hospital in Texas. \nAfter earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from Purdue University\, Schulhof received her master’s degree in health care administration from Indiana University. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
