Before joining Tampa General Hospital\, Dale worked for Humana as Vice President of Provider Development in Central and North Florida and also for Florida Blue as Senior Director of Medicare Operations. Dale spent over a decade working for hospitals and physicians in Florida\, South Carolina and Puerto Rico for Universal Health Services. He specializes in complex negotiations\, healthcare operations and ACO development\, including risk reimbursement and management. \nKristyn M. Greifer\, Chief Medical Officer\, BayCare \nDr. Greifer is a board-certified internal medicine physician who joined BayCare as Chief Medical Officer for BayCare Physician Partners and Value Based Care in July 2019. Prior to that she spent 3 years at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston\, Texas as Chief Medical Officer for their Health Plan\, ACO and Population Health. She has been working in value-based care and population health for more than a decade\, including stints at WellStar Health System and Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta\, Georgia. Dr. Greifer has experience in clinical integration\, physician alignment and engagement\, case and care management\, payor strategies and cost and utilization analytics in the setting of MSSP\, Medicare Advantage\, Commercial ACO and direct to employer contracting. \nRon Barshop\, Chief Executive Officer\, Beacon Clinics \nRon Barshop is Founder and CEO of Beacon Clinics a national ancillary leader in allergy testing and treatment. His podcast Primary Care Cures\, has been named to several top healthcare podcast lists and presents thought leaders and CEOs of models that are fixing primary care and by extension most of what’s broken in healthcare. Ron chaired angel networks in Austin and San Antonio\, and several capital campaigns He has completed 10 marathons and won national and local leadership awards. He has authored Healthcare is Fixed. Troublemakers Solutions for Employers\,Employees and Physicians. \nMarilyn Kole\, Vice President Clinical Performance\, and Medical Director Innovatus Health\, Lee Health \nDr. Kole has 30 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine/Pulmonary/Critical Care and continues to practice part-time as an Intensivist. Her administrative journey began in 2003 with a part-time role as the System ICU Medical Director and evolved into leadership in Hospitalist Medicine/Inpatient Quality/Outpatient Quality/Case Management and Physician leadership and engagement. She most recently successfully led the System Reduction of Hospital Acquired Infections\, Physician led evidenced based guidelines\, and other Quality projects. In January 2020\, Dr Kole transitioned into the Population Health Department to serve as a clinical leader for the growth and development of value based care. Dr. Kole completed her MBA 5 years ago as well as graduation from the Physician Leadership Institute. She additionally comes from a strong military family including her own service as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman. \nAlexander Ronzino\, Chief Executive Officer\, Coalition Recovery \nMr. Ronzino currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Coalition Recovery – a nationally accredited behavioral health treatment center\, and multi-facility healthcare organization based out of Tampa\, Fl. Mr. Ronzino ​is a 30 Under 30 recipient and has been featured/interviewed and/or published by ABC News\, Business Insider\, Managed Healthcare Executive\, and the Recovery Executive Podcast. Alexander secured venture capital funding at the age of 22 to become the youngest chief executive of a nationally accredited behavioral healthcare organization in the United States. His organization ranked 3rd on the 2021 Seminole 100\, an award to the 100 fastest growing alumni led companies from FSU. Prior to Coalition\, he founded a corporate marketing company that was the subject of an acquisition when Alexander was 20 years old.
