Cawley\, Vice President & Chief Medical Officer of Population Health/Ambulatory Care\, BayCare Health System \nDr. Jacquelyn B. Cawley is a Family Physician and the Vice President Population Health/Chief Medical Officer of Ambulatory Care. She obtained her Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine\, in Biddeford Maine\, and completed her internship and Family Medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. \nIn addition\, she has a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care from the Loan Scholl of Business at Endicott College in Beverly\, Massachusetts. Dr. Cawley is an innovative physician executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing physicians and care teams in a variety of academic and healthcare settings. She is experienced in developing and implementing programs to improve systems of care and the health status of patient populations to effectively and efficiently meet the healthcare needs of their communities. \nJohn H. Goodnow\, Chief Executive Officer\, Benefis Health System \nJohn Goodnow has more than 40 years of experience in hospital administration. Since 2002\, Goodnow has served as CEO of Benefis Health System\, a not-for-profit health system located in Great Falls\, Montana. Benefis serves a quarter of Montana’s population across an expansive\, rural region larger than Connecticut\, Massachusetts\, New Hampshire\, and Vermont combined. Benefis is the largest private employer in Northcentral Montana. \nDuring his time with Benefis\, Goodnow has led the organization to consistent success and has achieved what few in healthcare have—Medicare breakeven\, continuously since 2012. Goodnow has maintained a no layoff and annual raise commitment to Benefis employees for his entire 18-year tenure at Benefis.
