Dealing with difficult people can damage an organization’s culture\, erode trust\, destroy engagement\, along with numerous other consequences.  In short\, the inability to deal with difficult people can\, at a minimum\, make life miserable\, and in reality\, destroy an organization. \nEffective leaders are familiar with and employ a variety of strategies\, tools and skill to deal with difficult people.  Regardless of a leader’s ability to deal with difficult people\, there is always room for improvement. \nThis interactive workshop is designed to assist healthcare leaders hone their skills dealing with difficult people.
